Established in Beirut, Lebanon in 1952 by the late Edmond R. Goraieb, the company is owned & managed by the family.

In 1970, the youngest son Robert started as a delivery person and sales representative.

Later on, he purchased the company and created Ets Edmond R. Goraieb S.A.R.L

In 1993, Edmond; the eldest son of Robert; joined the company followed in 2003 by Steven the youngest.

In 2003, Ets Edmond R. Goraieb S.A.R.L became Ets Edmond Goraieb S.A.L.
